SOLD 2007 E85 2.5si Manual Sport Roadster Saphire Black ‘Project Spa’

During the 2003 a d 2004 model years, the sticky steering affected the vast majority of the cars and they column was replaced under warranty. I don’t know what the difference would be or whether it was a fitting process change, but I didn’t hear about re occurrence after that.

TBH I actually haven’t heard of any facelift model
Issues with this hence assuming there was a fix at the time.

Last weekend I had an E86 here with sticky steering. Tweaked the spacer and it cured it. So I'm assuming that regardless of what was done internally with bearings etc, the mesh between the motor and the column can still be wrong.
