Soft Top Colours

Can anybody tell me the different colours (other than black and grey) it was possible to get the soft top in when ordering a new car?
I may be changing the colour of my roof (its grey at the moment), and i would like to stick to original bmw colours if possible.
Any pictures from the brochure any one may have would be extremely useful too. Thanks all.

Thanks cj, to the rescue as usual! :D
I guess other colours that bmw have used just werent available on the z4. Im sure i have seen blue on other models, and i might have imagined it but a red and a green aswell. Im sure the 3 series had more colour options.
Im thinking a nice navy roof would go really well with sterling grey. And Audi have a nice grey body/red roof combination in their A4 lineup.

I certainly thought about a a grey roof when I got mine but was persuaded by other owners to stick with black as coloured soft tops and particularly the lighter variety are a bu**er to keep clean - edges seem to absorb road grime which if not maintained and cleaned on a fairly regular basis can become a permanent feature.

Thats the problem ive got Alan. The previous owner obviously wasnt a fan of looking after the roof. I have given it 2 deep cleans using Renovo products, and reproofed it but there are stains, marks and fading i can do nothing about.
I took it to a professional detailer this morning that knows all about softtops. The guy is one of the best in the business, and he said he couldnt really improve it. At the stage mine is at he would recolour the hood but there isnt a grey like mine available. He said he could colour it black and it would look like a new black hood. But i wanted something a bit different. Tasteful and oem looking, but different.
No hurry to make a decision- hes booked up until end of August!

That's 2006 but I can check other years (but guess they are the same)
I have the 2003 specification and those same colors were list as well.

Not sure exactly what he charges because im getting it done with a number of other things at mates rates.
Im having my worn drivers seat repaired, the soft top recoloured and protected, and a enhance and protect detail with a special nano coating applied. Should be paying £525 for the lot.

I saw an E36 convertible today in what looked a bit like merlot red and it had a purplish coloured roof which almost matched the paintwork - which i thought was very unique.

Here is the Audi grey with red roof.

Here is my interpretation of a red roof on a sterling grey Z4

Here it is with a Dark blue roof

And here is my favorite colour combination

My garnet red A4 Cabriolet had the red roof, looked really good but it does show the dirt especially where the fabric meets the frame.
