Seriously starting to cringe.....

Would you be just as proud if you just inherited the money from a rich uncle?
Personally, I'd be quite proud to inherit a sh1tload of money from a rich uncle... unfortunately, I don't have one...

...anyone willing to adopt me? only those with childless, but extremely rich, brothers need apply...

Make sure you stipulate that only UK residents can apply, as in some European countries you can inherit the debt of the deceased as well if you happen to be the one nominated in the will (and you accept the inheritance, which could be a gamble ... )

mmmm M M M M mmmmmm M M M M
Just revving up my //M! Or just revving up all the non //M owners? :fuelfire:
If you own an //M be loud and proud.

To me it sounds a bit strange to be proud on something you've bought instead of something you've done.

Disagree with you there, chap - I've grafted hard for a few years in my job. Proud of my house, proud of my car, neither of which I could have bought if I'd not done anything!
Yeah i get that i suppose we have all done that. ///M or not.

How many members in this thread have an ///M? :fuelfire:
Would you need to have an ///M to comment on an open forum?

You've lost me, but it has been/continuing to be a long day at work, hence the break typing on here!

That puts it in perspective on what you're truely proud of I think.

True, I'd no doubt not feel quite the sense of satisfaction of being mid 20s, working hard and owning an ///M car (not necessarily a Zed, just what I perceive to be the cream of the BMW crop).

A good friend of mine was gifted £500k to buy a flat in London. His flat is a complete mess. I managed to work hard and earn enough to buy something similar. Mine is pristine (same goes for our cars).

Work hard, buy what you wish, feel proud you've given yourself such a life as you deserve is my outlook!

If you haven't got the cream people will always envy people who have. Sad really..... That's why I only brought an M. I Don't do half hearted sports cars. Anything below a 3.0 is a waste of time.

Absolute pointless thread. So what if an M drivers proud!!

I do get a bit bored of the old 'coupé is superior' comments and discussion nowadays - is that off-topic though ?

In a minute you are going to tell me that I can't talk about flimper spec anymore

Yeah, different kind of can opener though, age / spread related. For us roadster owners it's just a large set of scissors. Though though if you drive an :silence: you get special super sharp ones that make a special noise when you cut something with them

You (and Adamski) were one of the main culprits which is why you were on the hit list.

When I searched my lists for 'tin opener' I got 4 hits... There will be 5 now. Though I take your point, I don't think it's something I make a big deal of nowadays, and that was kind of my point. Plus having a dig at Adam-the-turncoat for a laught :D

Bit disturbed there was (is ?) a hit list though - should I be wearing a stab vest or something ? :?
