A bit late but just thought I would say a big thumbs up to Ross for relocating and reviving my roof motor last Saturday
I was impressed at how quick he managed to get to the motor and bring it back to life!

I'm a newbie (my post in that part of the forum), and picked my car up last week. Relieved to find that it had the motor relocation done at some point in its life, but I don't like how they've done it. It's been mounted down the side of the passenger seat, just above the seat belt anchor. It took me a while to find it as it was concealed by a black sock
Ideally I'd like to move it into the boot out of sight, as its much too ugly where it is - plus the noise is quite loud from the cabin when opening / closing the roof. Either that or I find a custom cover for it....
It's because someone got confused when they asked for it to go in the boot :wink:bowser134 said:Never heard of anyone relocating with a sock before![]()
