Ronk

Ambulance was commuted to an Über cab!

It was v diff to get from a wheelchair to the car and vice versa at hospital

The collar is off and beard trimmed - I feel much improved and I’m getting about better albeit with the frame.

Im looking forward to some physio and would hope for something more focused and intense in the remaining time I have in NHS care.

Like decent lottery win!

Speaking with the consultant today, I’m tö be monitored with a potential of surgery to improve and prevent further deterioration.

Good to hear about the progress though. Any indication of going home? And I assume the builders material has moved …

It was dumped the next day.
It’s the most costly kitchen I will ever have and the material wasn’t required!

I only hope I will be able to walk and indeed drive again- I admit I’m scared witless at times when i allow my mind to wander.

Some significant progress already ronk so try to keep thinking positive although I realise it's easier said than done.

Wishing you all the best anyway.

Fingers crossed you will be home soon Ron, it will be much better to be back in familiar surroundings and own space again

Good to hear you're making progress.

Tim.

Yesterday I had a physio session and was subjected to stairs. Under supervision I achieved three steps up and three down again!

That's positive news - keep making progress step by step.

Those steps down, was that a controlled motion or gravity driven? :poke:

Good to hear the progress though
