Just going to an Odyssey is around 38lbs, but way smaller, while still a super heavy duty, up to 12 year life, etc. Need to work the weight of the OEM box, but that's a bit like weighing you head without chopping it off.
Race batteries could really drop the weight if required, but probably at the detriment of CCA and life

As much as I don't think quad exhausts/twin mufflers are necessary (heck they're not necessary for the S54 either; BMW just did it for the looks), I absolutely applaud you for your efforts and your approach to do it the proper way instead of taking the easy (and ricey IMO) route and putting on the dummy pipes.
