The true extent of Hamza’s milking of the legal aid system remains unclear – but a single solicitor earned almost £500,000 in fees just to act for the fanatic. Arani and Co received the sums between 2000 and last year.
Official estimates suggest the cost of his trial for incitement to murder was at least £1million, when barrister and other fees were included. The notoriety achieved by Muddassar Arani from representing Hamza has made her the solicitor of choice for a string of terror suspects.
The firm’s clients also include Dhiren Barot, who planned to use limousines for radioactive explosions, and Muktar Said Ibrahim and Yassin Omar, who took part in the failed July 21 bomb plot.
Last year, it received almost £1million in legal aid. In one month alone, January this year, Miss Arani billed £356,048, and in December last year she charged £204,501.

It brasses me off when I hear them (abu and his ik) giving the UK such a hard time - Infidel this, the infidel that - If he doesnt like it here then bog off!

Dont get me wrong, when there is a genuine need for assylum give it! But dont bite the hand that feeds you. :x
 
Lets be right - the only reason an injunction has been issued is because the judge concerned was probably afraid to make the 'right' decision and uphold the decision of the European Court - rather leave it to someone else (well we have had judges recently call burglars 'brave'.....! :thumbsdown:

How many times does a decision have to be made before our (UK) courts just get on and do the right thing. Yes UK taxpayers 'legal aid' will pay for all of this while he continues to preach his malignant form of perverted Muslim culture and disent - and no this is not a go at our genuine Muslim friends and colleagues.

The thing about the UK is that it grants the same legal system to us all..the fact that it gets abused doesnt make it a bad system. The fact that he is allowed to appeal atall kinda reassures me that we are not a fundimentalist society that beys for blood or revenge even at the highest levels of provocation..we truely are a great society, I would never want us to become intolerant and not adhere to due process...if we do...we become them.

Perhaps we should petition Brussels and ask for our Balls back and on the same silver platter we handed them over in.
The wimpy spineless prats we call judges in the Uk deserve to be strung up along side this piece of s**t for failing to do their patriotic duty, which to me is also treason.

The mad mullah, or silly sheikh or whatever he is? Put him on a plane and be done with it. If he fell out while having a fag out the window I wouldn't shed a tear. Not convinced about the US justice system on many things, but if we won't send him back to where he came from, let the US have a go.

As to the royal family ruling over us day to day? No thanks. You want Downton Abbey in real life, "know your place pleb"? Pfft.

That Prick in Brussells says we have to keep them and pay for them whilst Pensioners freeze and starve, our young men and women are sent to die whilst fighting the very enemy we keep in food warmth and shelter.

If we manage to get him on a plane i would put all his lawyers on there with him, the only reason he is still here is because these parasites saw him as a money pit and the longer they kept him here the more legal aid they leached out of the tax payer.
Just as guilty in my book.

And,surprise surprise,they're not "British" either. I wonder how much of their fees get spent on supporting terrorists?
 
they bang on about increasing taxes and reduce national spending. imagine the amount that could be saved if the border force could kick ppl out with no appeals and we didnt let the European union tell us we need to bend over for internal terrorists. at this rate it wont be long till we have a british IRA doing what the govenment wont
