Hi sorry should have made myself a bit clearer :oops: I am travelling not far from border of wales so would be a bit pointless travelling to Queensferry to then drive back through wales. Is there anywhere on your planned route I could meet up with you guys? ie Evo triangle, i think their is a pub that people usally meet at name escapes me at moment.

I am planning a first stop at Llyn Brennig visitors centre on the triangle.B4501. There are toilets, food, parking etc so you can meet us there. I'll send you my mobile number anyway. But if we start out from Queensferry at 10 30 we should be at the triangle by 11 30.

Come on guys, weather is going to be good, this will be a great day's driving :driving:

Well frankly I reckon I can get to Queensferry M6 / M54 in less time and less mileage than doing that tiresome route out past Shrewsbury and onto Llyn Brennig, so for now I'm headed right up that way.

EDIT is this the Aldi meeting point: Aston Road, DEESIDE, Clwyd CH5 1TP?
 
We will meet at 10:00 to 10 :30 at the ASDA(not Aldi CJ) Aston Road, Queensferry, CH5 1TP. Shop is open on a Sunday so we'll meet in a corner somewhere. Route is variable depending on time and if we 'do' the triangle twice-just for fun! We'll meet Ade on the triangle about 11:30.

What we need now is a few more cars. What happened to the Yorkies??? Do they only go for a drive when Lucy's about :poke:
 
Well it began with an 'A', so not far wrong :oops:

I'll need feeding and watering, or perhaps a local Costas to make use of my cupholders

Do you guys wanna go through Cadole (near loggerheads) on the ruthin road? thats where i live...then you follow the road down into ruthin...then go the back ways through into wales?

Im free from like 10am onwards 2moz...and i ll just pick it up with u guys there? There is like 2 laybys the cars can stop like just outside my house..and a shop! Lovely..

Yeah thats my sisters new mini...we've got 3 cars and only space for two....
Guess whos car will be demoted to the side of the road... :(

will be coming through Ruthin on the A525 about 11.00. Then picking up the Cerrigydrudion road (B5105) to reach the Evo triangle where we will meet Ade about 11.30- 12.00.

I'll p.m. you my mobile number, if you p.m. me yours I will ring you and you can link up with us when we pass through Ruthin. Sound like a plan??

Have a couple of things planned this weekend but thought this was saturday without checking.. what time do you expect to be heading home on sunday?

supposed to be going to a birthday bbq midafternoon in warwickshire so just seeing if we could do both :)
 
I have a couple of routes so was waiting to see what time people had. I'm guessing but we will get to Bala about 2.00pm if we take the shorter of the two routes.Then may drive out towards Oswestry to finish drive. Be great if you can make it :)
