Looking good guys, good pics. I WILL be at the next one, i need north wales roads in my life! Probs a good job i didnt come tbh, been ill as all weekend

Route we took on Sunday.

A550 from Hawarden onto A5104 to Pen Y Stryt then right onto A525 to Ruthin including the Nant Y Garth pass.
From Ruthin we picked up the B5105 to Cerrigydrudion (fantastic road recently re-surfaced as well). Right onto the B4501 signposted Lyn Brennig (Evo triangle) to the end then left onto A543 (long leg of Evo triangle) at end right onto A5 then right almost at once (Ed this is where you got lost!)
onto B5113 (Nebo) staying on this road to the coast.
We came back along Conway valley and A5 to pick up the B4407 to Ysbyty Ifan staying on this until it meets B4391 turning left to Bala.

This section of drive is about 120 miles.

Hope we can do this again in the Spring with a few more for company!!

Great route and I managed 350 miles door to door. Hell of a way to drive for fish and chips at the seaside...

The route list cannot begin to convey what has to be the best days driving I've done in the Zed - yes really, all considered  While of course at no point ever getting above 60 mph chasing around the valleys and passes between 2 red ///m sports for countless miles was a bit cool.

Getting big air on a yump was a bit exciting, especially Ed pointing out that the front got 1/4" from the ground :driving: . Watching a highly prepped Cateram take out 6 zeds 2 to 3 at a time as if static was impressive. Then to rub it in he did it again later.
Best thas to be miles of empty roads, largely cloudless, great people and the roof down all day

Well done sammyz for knowing your roads

I could have just done without catching a 7.00 am train to London this morning.

Im actually in Snowdonia this week with work...so had a great drive through a lot of the roads this morning...
All my mates are queuing up to go for a drive with me...
Also quick question...every1 seems to comment on the colour of my car...by sounds of it its quite a rare/different colour? Any reason why that is?
I like having a less likely colour
Great pics too!

All looks great, I had a weding in Scotland so couldn't come.
Put me down for next time :D

CJ - I had forgotten you have Flash Chrome wheels - look great

John - I think we should arrange this again for Spring, same roads - same chip shop

It's good to have something to look forward to, and I for one think it's the best roads on any meet I've done.

Something to get the cogs whirling.

+1

I could most definatly be up for this. About time I tagged along to one. Excellent roads up in North Wales (plus the added bonus of driving up through the excellent B toads of Brecon and Mid Wales)

This sounds like a great run! But it's over 3 hours away... almost sounds like it's worth it though! One of the best drives I've had in the Zed was across Wales to go Canyoning... that great fun!

Andy, you likely to be turning up supercharged? :driving:
