Thanks to Paul n Steph for organising what was a very chilled out and enjoyable run. While it was a pity we didn't get some quicker runs at times,on some of the roads, it was nice to get time to take it in the scenery a bit more than usual and as a result didn't feel as tired by the end of it, due to not having to concentrate as hard, haha.
As always, great to meet and catchup with friends new and old, as its always good to see new faces on these runs...keeps the forum/runs fresh.
Also enjoyed catching up with John and Pauline on the Saturday night in Felton for a tasty dinner and a few drinks.
Until the Wales meet, mate
Had a good blast towards the end of the Run, which was needed after getting stuck behind a fiesta and a ford c-max for too long, ha-ha, as well as the blast home, after taking a wee back road or 2 when leaving/heading for the A1,which was very enjoyable.
And then seeing Angus/Toeslide blasting by me as If I was standing still (was doing 70+/**mph), lol, on th A1, before having to stop for Fuel and then seeing Andrewp and Jack/Jacqui in my rearview mirror, before going our separate ways further on.
All in all, a great weekend/drive out and even my Wife*** enjoyed it, as she doesn't normally make a good passeneger when I am driving in a spirited manner
***Now at least Jax cant say they have never met my lovely Wife
