Sports choice new Exige V6
GT choice M6 (reliability issues, take a late prod model) we only ever get to hear about bad stories)
355?
996 GT3
Pap your pants TVR Sagaris

996 GT3 is definitely no faster than the Z4M (been up against two different examples with two different drivers on two different tracks and beat them both), and the 997 probably isn't much faster (one only on one occasion and beat it after a bit of a struggle). The GT2 however...

As for the 420bhp V8 R8, it's almost 2 tonnes of car and similar in performance to the ///M (at least up to...err..."sensible" motorway speeds), so it would have to be the V10 to really feel special.

Yeah way, 997 GT3 has got to be the fasterst car I've ever driven and even with my very limited skills it felt +20% on power and about +50% on chassis ability. Maybe not the case with your driving skills and the mods on your car, but either way I just could not believe a roa car could that good.

Which one did you try the 997 GT3, GT3 RS or GT3RS 4.0??

The 996 GT3 wont have a huge advantage over the Z4M, brakes... 360hp 370nm, 0-60-4.8 weight 1350kg

3.8 GT3, non RS but full carbonn options (Carrera GT seats, roll cage, CF skirts, uprated brakes, pagid RS29's, ECU tweaked I think it had 435 ponies or something. Its in a thread somewhere. It the feel that the car gives that amaised me most to be honest. Weirdly more supple that the Z too but no roll.

Makes me think the Z's seats are not snug enough and steering feel wise there is a bit to do. Here's my plan:
Powerflex bushed. New suspension and geometry. forged wheels. Bucket seats. Tryibng to find out if something can be done to the steering but this like the dark side of of the force... :tumbleweed:
