Just curious Stevie as to why the bar that the replaces the track rod end to the hub is so long, I know why you're using rose joints but there looks to be plenty of room to have the steering arm further up so it could virtually touch the hub which would lessen the lever effect which would be what you wanted in my mind? Less tendency to snap, although I'm sure it's made of a hardened steel, and the shorter the bar the less chance for it to develop some play through wear etc. There's obviously a reason for it but I can't think what it is.
