Monkey exhaust tips

Ok guys all tips that have been paid for or deposits put down are welded up. I will be drilling and tapping hole tonight. And polishing them tomorrow. Hopefully sending them Wednesday Thursday at the latest. I know a few of you where not in a hurry so they will be sent next week. Dont panic if you haven't said your in no rush they will be sent this week for fitting over the weekend 
No due to different production methods and reeling on measurements given to me i cant 100% promise they will fit!!!! Please dont panic i will get them to fit if they dont and it will be at my expense.
Kat i am going to need you to measure with a rule your exhaust. I dont have and cant find the dimensions for your car. The tips should just pull off your exhaust once we have a size i will get them made for you.

Monkey you definitely didn't want me to measure anything did you? I said mine was a face lift 3.0si and I think you said you knew all the sizes for that car
as I didn't give you any dimensions.Machine monkey

What are the chances of you making one of those silencer removal pipes that have been mentioned on here. Have just been quoted £175 by Style Dynamix to have it made up for my 2.0. Single pipe into a twin 3" round tip with back box removed. i can then retain the back box for future use if needed.

Hi guys I feel pooped so I have calked it a night. Putting some hours in on these tips and doing the day job.
All holes drilled and tapped. Just the last fitting removing sharp edges high spots that kind of thing. And then polishing and packaging up.
As for the back box delete. People have been quoted around the £165 -£200 mark I doubt I could do them much cheaper. By the time you take them to a garage and get them fitted. If you where wanting them as a DIY fitment or come to me and I do the job I can probably help.
I will want to test out any tooling I have to make up for the job on my car. And I can't see me doing it any time soon I just don't have any Sapir time I am afraid.

I am happy to try and help anybody out with the back box delet. I am just a bit concered about making them and not fitting them. It's very much a make it to fit kind of thing. As it depends a lot on how and where the exhaust is cut how the fittings a welded on. There are so many things that could go wrong or differ. It's not as simple as it might seem.

Thanks Stug very decent of you.... I am going to have a go on mine. But split the exhaust to one each side of the car for my quad conversion. Its been done before.
As you so local Stug if you want it done and want to be the first. Thats fine with me just give me some time to set up and come on over.

Things are going well guys they are all made. Just need to polish them up unfortunately I am having yo make all the attachments and new tools as I go. Still aiming for the weekend might have a week off after this it's been a long few weeks!!

I will put the moon on a stick for tomorrow morning if you pay me enough!! But I doubt you would want to pay enough for me not to have a week off!! I have not had a day off since the 2nd and been doing at least 80-90 hours a week!!
