Soon to have my Z and already interested in the more 'approved' mods members usually make? Anyone care to call out the stuff that really looks smart? Will have 2006 2.0 msport, silver-grey.

I'm very good looking, so nothing that will take attention away from my magnificence please :evil:

on my 2.0 ive done a fair few things, but the following are some of the easier more basic/cheaper mods:

stubby aerial - £10
ZHP gear knob - £30-40
Gaptech RCH+ (control roof with the key fob) - £100
Spacers to wheels - came with car


other more expensive things like:
//M rear bumper (added PDC sensors while i was at it)
//M front bumper
Aero side skirts
Full custom quad conversion

next up:
stud conversion kit - £56
front 330 big brake conversion £100
lowering springs/shocks £400ish
wheels £600
tyres ???

Cheers guys - I'm in Ireland, and bigger engines get crucified here. Road tax on a 2.0 litre is €710 per annum, rising to €1,800 for a 3.0 litre. Saw some of the members complaining about £500 tax for an M - what I wouldn't give for tax rates that low. It makes taxing and insuring a 3.0 about €2,500 before you even turn the key once.

I've done the ZHP, stubby and clear 3rd brake light. They are definitely a good starting point!

If you don't have some tools then get some, much better when you can work on the car yourself and will save you a pretty penny.
