Nothing today i am afraid I have been busy with the day job. And treated myself to a rare lunch break. An hour in the uni parks nice plenty to look at :)

Will hope to have another go this afternoon.

I think with the BMW logo on, they would actually make very nice coasters. Not to take away from anyone applying them to the side of the car, I think they look good in both applications!

What a day started work at eight yesterday! Just walked in the door at 10 past one!! Got all the discs made so will meet Oli tomorrow. Also fixed a very old wood burning stove of my bros narrow boat. He owes me now!! Very handy as he's a mechanic. We have been shooting the breeze about engine swaps I would love a v10 zed :evil:

Wow, from a purely machining/fabrication perspective they look awesome.
After engraving could they have a clear coat of gloss or something? Or would they stay bare metal?
 
These look awesome Mat! I really hope black ones with the Machine Monkey logo in your avi engraved in to them work out, I think they would look dynamite on the side of the car!

they dont stand out quite as much on a silver car.... on a different coloured car they really would eye pop.... im really pleased with the contrast they offer, and they really add a touch of class to the outside of the car... very please... MM killed it.... the other side needs a touch up , ive dropped that one off....
 
That looks great Beedub, really high quality, although I wonder if it would look better with the OEM ///M badges removed from the wings?
I'd like to remove all the BMW badges from mine (partly because most people have no idea what the car is) but I don't know what to replace them with. I'm not sure these would work on a dark colour car though.

yeah 99% of the people ive shown the pic too say keep the stock ///M badge too... ill decided properly when i get back next week, but as of now, i have no plans to remove the stock badges...
