M market watch

Silver grey with red leather is mine too but only a handful of coupes have come up for sale in the last few years hard to find one. Setteled last time for silver grey with black nappa because one didn't come up for sale.

What do people think of this? FBMWSH. Just about to touch 60k so will probs need discs and pads and will need an inspection I in about a years time? Has a really good spec looks in good nic wonder why it hasn't sold...

Thoughts?

This came on the market when I was looking. I think they started off retailing it at £19995. Imo it looks good value at £17995. Good spec as well, and I quite like the colour combo although it's not my first choice (silver/grey with red leather).

Could also be location...but well priced car...reminds me of my old one, the interlagos looks great in the flesh. :driving:

George Mackay appears to have a good reputation and if I remember correctly a similar car was purchased by a forum member earlier this year or possibly late last year.Maybe get some feedback from them......sorry I can't remember who it was.
Usually some good stock here and turnover reasonable so pricing must be about right.....maybe time of year not helping a sale.
Good luck with the car hunt......cheap flight to Edinburgh and awesome drive home?

That's been up for a very long time... I won't guess at why, but perhaps worth a look with a well trained eye?

Prices on the up over Winter :o

And although prices this year have been slightly under last year, they are now above. Both the usual price guide and WBAC have increased this month over November.

values.jpg

Maybe I'm misreading this, but I don't recall M's ever falling below £11/£12k? (Unless 100k+ miles)

It's the trade in price, but still a good guide to price trends.

This is local to me.

One we know??

The MOT history smacks of minimal care and maintenance with repeated failures and advisories being left. Care needed with the service history I'd say. https://www.check-mot.service.gov.uk/

Hmmmmmm

Same advisories over and over isn't great.

Tyre I always put down as one of those things, I think mine has failed on tyres in the past!

Glad I'm not looking, 1 of these ruinous car is enough.

For the first time ever, all Z4M (coupes & roadsters) on Autotrader are Trade adverts.

All Z4M coupes on ebay are Trade adverts.

There are only two private Roadster for sale on ebay.

This is not a coincidence, brace yourselves for a considerable price hike in 2017.

Its also been the same on PH for a a good while , currently no private sales & approx 10 adverts with 4/5 from the same dutch trader & others are UK traders "Wanting" to buy ( forum guy Abernethy sold recently to main dealer with 65k covered  )
I can't see any massive hikes happening overnight but i do think 2017 will see stronger demand with 2016 being a flop after "brexit"

I will have a look at that Dutch trader in a couple of weeks whilst I am stranded in NL without a passport

He has a couple of rh & Lh drive models none of which seem particularly special but the lhd ones are virtually double the ask of the rh ones :o

Taxation - and the German plated one has not even had the luxury tax applied yet (not sure how much that is as the car is so old).

I am working a couple of miles away from that site so will drop in during lunch one day to have a nose.

I bought a Z4MR from them last year. I thought they were great and the car has been fantastic. If anyone wants to know more let me know.
