It looks to me like the clamp has cracked and lost its clamping force... The o ring has then fallen out causing the blow..
I cant make my mind up what im seeing on the last pic though..Is that the centre section cracked where it meets the rear box?
I suggest going to your nearest exhaust fabricator,im sure they will be able to repair that fairly easily..

I have it fitted on my car and I can highly recommend it although it is quite loud (although not ridiculous) and in higher gears at really low revs under full throttle it can be a little noisy but at 2-3k revs through the gears it's not much louder than stock.
When I went to have mine fitted they were very helpful![]()

With talk like that, it sounds like you're keeping Molly now then, hoorah![]()
Thanks againFR08MEE said:I got mine fitted at Hayward and Scott after purchasing the back boxes off of Flatout.
The X-pipe and boxes from H&S connect via a sleeve so I got the X pipe made up new which took 2/3 weeks from memory and fitting about 1.5/2hours.
I'm sure you could get the H&S X-pipe to connect to the standard back boxes as the X-Pipe from H&S was relatively cheap I didn't bother modding it and replaced the standard one as I understand it modifying the connection on your backboxes and only replacing the X-Pipe may be an option (it may be cheaper as the boxes are the expensive bit).

Should give an extra bit of noise too without being too far from OEM.
