Make of tyre & whether full 8mm tread or part worn also has a effect as some makes are distinctly narrower fit than others ( eg Hankook + Falken narrower than Conti + Michelin )

At the moment they have the dreaded Bridgestone RFTs, but with just 4mm tread probably not for much longer! :lol:
