Lakes run this Sunday!!

Well sun is out for a change and SWMBO is in Poland so I'm heading for the Lakes tomorrow.

After having the Yorks run cancelled last week I fancy a blst around some decnt roads. If anyone else fancies a run out let me know and we can meet up for a cuppa .

Would have loved to come mate but got the grandson for the day tomorrow
Was at keswick this morning for a mini hoon ,roads were quiet and the sun was shining carnt go wrong :driving:

Aargh - wish you had suggested this a couple of days ago. We are trying to work out how we could get there, but it's very likely to be a no from us I'm afraid.

No pics! Too busy driving. Ended up scoping a new route for the next national meet lol Kendal, Hawes, Middleton, Alston, Penrith and back to Kendal. Mostly larger A and B roads, mostly quiet. Ideal for a larger group.

The Alston road was awesome as always, saw a group of Minis and a group of MGs out for a run, also a biker who seemed to have misjudged a sharp bend and gone through a fence

Alston road was pretty empty as always but I caught a SLK AMG then a XKR convert -chances of three cars in a row with all those quad pipes! lol.

was a great day weatherwise in lancs so bet the lakes was most enjoyable happy times

Shame no pics, but even mention of the routs on next year's national meet has me waiting with anticipation
