As per header....
Finally getting round to getting this out there for next years Annual Lakes weekend.

For those who don't know what this meets about/haven't been before, it's generally a weekend if socialising in good company, Having a meal in the Hotel on Friday night,
Going for a mainly scenic drive round the Lakes area on the Saturday , followed by a BBQ by yours truly and some helpful others, then drinks in the Bar.
Sunday is the Spirited/Driver focussed run in the Yorkshire Dales area.

For more info/Approx Hotel costs etc,see previous/last years threads,with updates to follow on here .

Please note,ALL HOTEL Bookings go through me Initially (I have a Total if 15 Rooms reserved for our Group at Discounted rates).
Once I have more final numbers/names of those coming,And nearer the time,I will get those staying in the Hotel to contact the Hotel itself,but upto then,Hotel room reservation go through me.

FOR THOSE STAYING IN THE HOTEL.....
PLEASE NOW CONTACT THE CROOKLANDS HOTEL,TO GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS, AND THEY WILL Take a 20% Deposit Now,as that's their policy going forward.
They need Deposits to be Paid ASAP, ideally over the Next Few Days, Thanks folks.

CLASSIC ROOMS (All now Refurbished)....
SINGLE OCCUPANCY, £93 PER NIGHT
DOUBLE OCCUPANCY, £113 PER NIGHT

DELUXE ROOMS....
SINGLE OCCUPANCY, £108 PER NIGHT
DOUBLE OCCUPANCY, £128 PER NIGHT

In the list of those Attending, I have now included Room types and 2 or 3nights,as per info I have.
Email sent to Hotel with same,so please let me and Hotel know if thats different from what I have,so the correct Deposits can be taken.

Please note,All Classic rooms are Now Refurbished, so no longer a Superior room rate,mas these were Refurbished Classic rooms,so just back to 2 room types

I only spoke to them last week, re costs etc,and wasn't expecting Deposits to be required until May,
But....they emailed Today(Tuesday), and Asked that Our Deposits now be paid.
So if you can do that now,that would be great, Cheers :thumbsup:

Campsite next door , again, booking goes through me,with a £10 Deposit paid to myself via PayPal which I forward onto the Campsite.

So,if you fancy a weekend of fun,sun(hopefully) and good driving roads etc,in good company,then let me know and I will add your names down.
Some people come for just the day, others for the Full weekend. It's upto you what you can make.

I’ve just checked and we are already booked to go to Europe on the Thursday so I’m afraid I’m going to have to cancel. Sorry I should have checked first.

Hi yes it was very quick, as we missed last years I jumped in with both feet, it was only afterwards when I told Julie she reminded me about Europe, it’s 2 weeks in the Zed, through Holland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Luxembourg and Belgium so don’t want to risk any mishap on the run.

We’re going with Chris and Thelma, we should have done it back in August but Chris came off his motorcycle and broke his wrist, scapula and several rib’s just before, so we moved the booking to next year.
