Sorry to hear about the crash. It really is bad out there at the moment, even with DSC fully active the back can step out easily and probably get you past the point of no return!
I'd say that list of bits to replace looks pretty optimistic.
Sorry to say it, but if a wishbone has *snapped*, has a control arm been bent a bit, has the damper been damaged, has the diff had the driveshaft rammed back into it causing some oil seal damage, or worse? Wheel bearing damage? Sub-frame mounting points bent?
Snapping a wishbone is pretty hefty, and the decelleration can't have been minor if the airbag was triggered.
There are so many potential areas that are damaged that you won't know about until you start to use it again, or begin repairing it, and they might rack up to more than a proper fix via insurance.
I'd just not fool yourself that it's going to be that cheap thats all. That is best case scenario. Nice to hope that is the case, but it might not be
Be more realistic I think.
Ie, I'd imagine the airbag going off might damage the in-door sound-proofing lining. All these little things need checking and considering otherwise it might be door card back off a week later to replace the lining or what have you = £££
