Jingles White Z progress thread!! (PICTURE HEAVY)

Haha thanks mate, going on holiday in a few hours for a week so once in back I'll continue my modding.

HIDs ready to go in, fang protectors ready to go on (just need couple of screws) and air scoop ordered!!

ok.....

RPi scoop should be delivered today
HID kit delivered and ready to fit
Fang protectors still waiting to be fitted

and now my holiday is out the way i can start planning my next mod.
still not convinced about my current ride height (front looks fine but the rear is DEFO sitting higher)
i think its probs to do with the set of rear M Sport rear springs i got, were from a 3.0 so my car has less weight to compress them when sitting there normally.

so altho i really want to order some new wheels next week..... i suppose its best i sort the ride height all round 1st.

also noticed when in the front wheel arch couple of weeks ago the dust guard ribbed thingy isnt sitting correctly on the front damper so theres a high chance there knackered and need replacing anyway...

so.... as i have already added bilstein B4 shocks at the rear earlier this year i need to know which front shocks should i get to match them (just get some front B4s??) and then which set of springs to go all around to either match M Sport lowering or slightly more, maybe some H&Rs or Eibachs? (would the B4s be able to handle lower than the standard M Sport height??)

any ideas on prices would be a help

sorry for the slow progress guys, now xmas is out the way the modding will carry on!

ive added some HIDs but will do a write up when i do a few more bits...

currently got a stud conversion kit to go on, new front 330 big brake conversion with 325mm discs, RPI scoop, and in the process of ordering new suspension (springs/shocks and possibly bushes) and new wheels so over next few weeks this should start up and get added to nicely :D

got some new 330 calipers and gave them a very quick once over, need a proper good clean then paint, and new seals etc but hopefully i can get these back into good condition...

sorry for the slow progress on this guys, i seem to have abandoned my whole "do 1 job at a time" idea and have loads going on at once haha

installed HIDs (photos and details to come)

stud kit at home ready to go on

rpi scoop being sent in the next week or so then installing

in process on cleaning up then installing new front brakes (and discs/pads)

in process of buying new front shocks

in process of buying new springs all round

in process of buying new wheels

in process of buying new tyres

reflector lamp removed to allow better cleaning etc:

stripped down for a good clean:

mounted the ballast on the inside, in this area:

rough location of all wires etc when fitted and replaced:

finished light output:

Bottom = 55w HID kit with 6000K

Nice neat repair job on the headlight
I've swapped in osram nightbreakers - they certainly make a big difference, I raised the headlights too.
Your garage pics give a good indication of increased light, I certainly notice the difference on the country roads.
