Im on my older 21" iMac at work running OSX 10.6 not 10.8 with the new mail application but there is a little plus button at the bottom left on mine which you can create new folders then you rename them and drag and drop the specific mail into those folders. Il check later how it works on 10.8.

Seems awesome. Cannot believe how quick it is. Trouble is my wife has nicked it now so I'm doing this on my Blackberry!
Like the guys above also got 20 years of windows programming to unlearn.
Next up an iPhone....

Ooh dear.
I left my Blackberry on the roof and drove off a few weeks ago. It came off at 60 and got run over by several other cars.
I collected the bits after turning round, put it back together and I'm using it right now!
By the way the MBA is still awesome - just used it to finish a business presentation while running everything else too. No drop in performance and it fits in my briefcase. Battery lasts all day. Forum to the rescue again.

if you ever end up needing a cake knife and can't find one, the mb air doubles up quite nicely!
