I don't have kids but will probably get a baby seat and park it across two mother and baby spaces at Sainsbury's. They are definetly the car that everyone hates!

Any petrolhead just has to have at least one flat 6 in their motoring life & i managed it with aircooled then watercooled back to back .
No doubt the ownership experience is 2nd to none , they just are special in any form . . pick wisely & you will be satisfied .

Thanks . just had a moment there when i dug out the pics ,WHY ? it looked fantastic & drove great in flight but the manual box just spoiled it for me
. sold it & bought a 645CI which i have to say is my most favourite car ever but it was painfully unreliable & got rid after 6 months for the Z which has gone a long way to restore my faith in BMW engineering .
i will return to porsche at some point just not for the forseeable future
 
i think the only porker i would want now would be a 911 turbo or a gt3...

997 turbo is THE everday supercar :thumbsup: 996 turbo's looking a little dated & getting harder to find a cherished example

Yeah i do like cars . they are my hobby & enjoy the whole buying,owning,maintaining,cleaning & of course driving of them .

I had one before my Zed too, but I had LOADS of trouble with that car... After a year I sold it and got somewhat disgusted with the brand... I would still consider a Boxster but thinking back to the trouble I had and the expenses I made in 1 year time... :thumbsdown:

Have to say I wish I could stop my 3.0si ageing cos there is genuinely nothing that I want to replace it with. There is one forum car that will tempt me if it goes up for sale it will be third time lucky if I do finally get it

Other than that I may be looking to replace with a 1.0 as I don't suppose we will get the girls insured on any of our cars :(
