did u even read my post? again, not a low offer, same as ebay price. and by the way, ebay isnt the only place to buy. there are breakers out there.

Keep arguing your point , it won't change the basic facts which are laid out throughout this thread , the vents were being sold without blanks / simple as that & its more than fair to assume from the sellers perspective that as you had enquired about them you had done so after seeing the forum advert

Where?? When was I sent pics?? I don’t recall this at all. If he did this then I concede I’m wrong and will withdraw my pp claim. I’ve looked thru my msgs and cannot see this anywhere.
And yes I saw his advert. It said he had vents for sale lol. Not vents with blanking plates missing.

Would it not be possible for you to accept that offer and drop your claim?
That way, with maybe an apology or two, the forum can be seen to have pulled together, learned another valuable lesson about the disruptive power of words without context, and solved it's own problems.
I believe a good forum should be able to take on this kind of issue and resolve it in the best way it can.

I do not see this at all anywhere in msgs so I have no idea where this has come from. If this is true. Again. I will concede I’m wrong and apologise and close the pp claim immediately. It’s funny how I’ve asked for proof of this a few times now and got nothing. More examples of defamation to add to the list. Why not just provide the proof of it exists?

That forum member has withdrawn their offer. Also, I offered to pay for them from the start FYI and sent a msg to him not long ago offering again to pay. He is well within us rights to not sell them to me as they are his property. No hard feelings. Him and Simon are mates.
