How to Hijack a Thread

A fully condensed version of both PW secrets: 
"I'll start us off with my Top 7 Secrets to Better Hijacking...
1. Try to insert yourself surreptitiously into the flow of the existing thread before hijacking. Go with the flow.
2. Look for a related topic that will shift attention, but don't make it too obvious.
3. If you get a reply, reply right back with either a question that will elicit more replies, or make a statement that takes the readers off balance, thereby getting a response unrelated to the original thread.
4. Always be prepared to reply right back, thereby carrying the momentum completely away from the original poster's intent.
5. If you wanta be really cool, try to pull this trick several times within the same thread, so that it becomes virtually unrecognizable to the original poster. If you are truly successful, the original poster will actually try to start a new thread!
6. Never go for the jugular on the first post. Always be ready to parry, then thrust.
7. Simple, innocuous questions are great for setting up the gambit.
I'll leave it here and wait for the Big Dogs to get on the hijacking porch. I'll add to this list as more great suggestions come in."
And lastly, Part II:How to Increase Your Post Count:
1) Welcome everyone! And if the oppurtunity arises, welcome them to the forum again (hint: welcome, then ask for pics of their cars in a later post )
2) Emoticons are your friends, if you can't think of anything specific to say, post an emoticon
3) Jump into the useless banter threads. We have a few on this board, just try to follow the guidelines and post away!
4) Have fun!!! The more people having fun, leads to more participation, but don't offend anyone in your pursuits
5) Set up a thread so that you have a response to make,,, it is easier than you think. Ask a question that will garner a response then go from there. (Why do you think this thread was started )

Guinea pigs are very tasty when roasted over an open fire. My grandfather on my moms side (he worked for the railroad)said they go well in a nice stew also.
