Good to see that those running the courses don't seem to even know what the limit is. :evil:
As for "Smart" motorways, welcome to Thames Valley. :headbang: It took over 3 years to turn a bit of the M3 into one, and now they are doing the same to a stretch of the M4 just to make sure our nearest Motorways are no longer fit for purpose!
I use dual-carriageway A roads whenever I can because it's quicker, and there aren't any reduced limits or cameras.
