I noticed something on mine recently. I have a CAI installed.
In the summer time, I was lucky to see 300 miles/fill-up. Now that the weather is colder, it looks like I will get over 300 miles. Don't know the actual difference cause it varies tank-to-tank depends on how much lead is in my foot
Not at all - the reason that the figures are all over the place is that I rarely wait till the tank is empty to visit the petrol station and also on the flip side I also rarely fill the tank.
This comes from my background experience with older vehicles.
However the overall averages at the bottom are interesting to note and also the MPG ranges...
Just managed 231 miles on half a tank, here are the stats:
Fuel cost £1.32/litre
Total spend £32.98
Distance 231 miles
Your real-world MPG average is 42.03, covering 231 miles using 5.50 gallons of fuel.
I have to admit for the last 50 miles I was coasting between 56 and 60 and at the end the range gauge went from 0miles to ------- A little poo did come out but managed to limp to a 24 hour petrol station (when I eventually found one!)
Most of it was motorway 70mph but some town driving in between too (about 15 miles worth)
