Trying to put a bit of positiveness onto this, there are scumbags around, however judging from the response from this forum there are good caring people still around and hopefully there are more of them than the others!!
 
Wow this was so cruel. It must have been really scary. Glad you and your family are ok. I hope that police arrest these bastards fast.
 
let me tell you the insurance converation is nothing short of awkward with the bmw that was taken a few months ago and now this????

yeahh i got a crack of a punch in.... sadly it hit the gun and not his face, took a good 3 of them to wrestle me down however, the one shouted " hes a big lad this one if he starts fighting shoot him shoot him...shoot in in the head...." at this point i stopped moving...

one guy stamped his feet and gun down on my back asking wheres the car keys, i said they are on the side right ther..... house was ransacked at this point...

this house is on a busy street, well lit and all us neighbours are close and really care about each other.... not to sure right now about the movements....??? very concerned about my sons safety....
 
Bastards :x these people should be found and shot! shits! taking other people's hard earned goods and then leaving them with emotional and physical stress!

Just when I didn't think it could get any worse, that sounds terrible, you're a brave man. I think you've been very modest on the previous pages, three guys pinning you down certainly doesn't sound like not "being touched".

It makes you wonder... why did they pick you? What did they know? I do sometimes worry what we give away online, hopefully just back luck. Scarry! Just as well the Z4M and GTR were elsewhere.....
 
Bloody hell that's awful.

I hope things work out for you sorting all this out (both emotionally and materially), it'll take some time to come to terms with it I suspect.

So sorry to hear what happened but at least your family are ok, that is the main thing.

Let's hope they catch the B&sta*ds quickly. People should be locked up for life for this sort of thing, no exception.

As everyone has said thank goodness your family are ok.

Make sure you get to a hospital, at least get checked over. As far as what you did you did all the right things; you certainly don't want to annoy them when threatened to that extent. It will probably take a few days to sink in but as long as you can look in a mirror with dignity (and I'm sure you will) you will be fine.

As far as getting over it, it really is good to keep talking about it either here or with friends/family. Time is a healer and discussing what happened and how you feel (and certainly, for me, taking the p*@s out of a horrific situation) all help.

Good luck with the pain that will be the aftermath and enjoy the shopping :D
 
Absolutely lost for words. As everyone has said before, thankful that you and your son are safe and well. It makes a bad day at work pale into insignificance.
 
Hope you get the material things sorted soon. Really glad to hear your son slept through it, hope you and the other half get back to some normality soon.
 
Terrible news. I had people break into our house 4 years ago and steal both cars while we were asleep. Far less tramatic than being awake with a gun pointed at you, but still bad.

Took a while before the feeling of someone invading your personal space subsided, but it did eventually.

s**t things happen in life and I think all you can do is accept it and realise there are far more nice people out there than the skum that feel they can just take what they want from people. :thumbsup:
 
hii guys, me and baby are staying over at my parents for a while, z4 is back in the main garage locked safely and securely ..... it may stay over he for a while..... either way these guys will no it exists as my build log was on the stolen laptop...

please bear with the typos, contact lenses are now out and my glasses were trod on by one of the gang....

soo were to go from here??? well ive booked a company to come and put in a steel custom door, this thing will need the front of the house to be pulled down in order to get thru it, and ive got to change the way im doing things.... any family member with a nice car ive asked them to not bring it here... no company cars will be brought home again and i will be having a complete shitter as my DD to get me to work where ill get into the a company vehicle...

im really going to town with the door and frame ect ect, complete steel door with bullet proof glass... overkill yes... but i need it to feel safe....

these guys were talking to each other in a foreign accent yet talking to me in english, the sounded simarlian.... they pulled my hood over my head at this point so from this point i was in darkness......

when they come back... and i think they will..... i will be waiting :-)
 
most of all you guys... fucking be careful out their.. s**t is changing..... be bloody careful keep them doors locked and simply do not answer ur door after a certain time......no one was hurt here , apart from my ego, lol , maybe we can all learn some lessons, bless all my neighbouirs, calling, ect ect... i popped into most of them to let them no were ok and to just warn what happened...........

still in shock right now...... this may well be on the news..... will update shortly....again id prefur that to not happen....... but if it does ill tallk and will defo drop in an insult to all coupe owners......

Just coming in late to this. Thank goodness you and your son are both aright. I hope they get the bastards.
