Hey stlymch, do you have a estimate for delivery date?

What spec did you go for? have you been out in a demo yet?

My local dealer has this in:

You need to see them in the flesh, there's a few awkward angles but aggression for the rest.

Would like to see one in black or polished metal grey.

Certainly not lacking in drama:
(Titanium colour wheels with maybe 10mm spacers all round would finish that off a treat.)

Not a huge fan myself, and I sell them..... Well I can sell them (Same group and on my site).

All the black around the bottom just looks wrong, I'm waiting to see what the coupe version looks like next year.

However if you want one I will sell you one

Love it and as a previous FN2 owner I can fully understand why Honda have done what they have to the lower bumper parts and trim. It's very similar to the upgraded parts you could get for the FN2 which I had and personally loved on the car but my Dad said it make it look like it had been accident damaged.

Would I have one????? Hmmmm for that money I know I could have something a bit more quieter inside when driving and more refind all round but as a 'practical' family hatch, they are ace.

Oh and the blue is by far my favourite. It makes me go all funny when I see it

I feel the same a bit too in your face and fast and furious for me.
I wonder what else owners can do to them to pimp them even more as it looks like everythings been ruined already.

I'd like it more without the wing, think it's just a bit too much. And that's from a former Evo owner

Championship white with that wing deleted and I'd be a fan.

Have a had a drive and performance is awesome, the biggest standout is the magnetic dampers on all surfaces, awesome considering 19s with 235/35 profiles. I think it would take a while to get round the trade in turbo torque for usual revvy vtec but it's all good. The only tech drawback is lack of configuration of the r+ button, but you could see that possibly coming in later fixes.

The rest is subjective dependning on what you're after.
It's still massively practical, I can sit behind the driver comfortably with driver seat in my position (I'm 6ft) and the flat load bay is truly breadvan like. The build quality is a step up from old honda's but the materials not as plush as bmw/audi.
The most questionable thing is the looks, but in black/grey with spoiler delete (although it supposedly gives downforce) and silver wheels it would be toned down massively and less banzia.

I do like the 135, as I love breadvan coupe silhouettes but it doesnt qualify as a practical car as you can't get adults in the back.
The closest thing for comparison would be a golf gti/r which would be interesting to compare for build and ride but that would be too bland.

It's an interesting sector at the moment. The Ford RS looks like it could slip into the sweetspot between Type R and Golf R, but it's still in gestation period :)

Ignore me, now I've just hit 50 these sort of cars have lost their appeal and would need a SAGA bag over the head to save my embarrassment lol

Mike actually wrote that reply but he's not a fan of the Civics in any form. Mines had been and gone prior to meeting him......probably a good job.

Given the price tag, it's probably going to be more mature folk getting behind the wheel and 'reliving their youth'

To relive my youth Angie it would have to be a Toyota MR2 MK1 with the T Bar roof, now that was a great little Jap car, still miss mine even now after 26 years :(
