Help needed. MC sold. Where next?

Ha yeah I might leave it actually as the salesman are only just delivering the used cars onto the forecourt, and they don't sound very exotic...

Are you at the new one they have just built near Port Solent?

One of our offices is dont the road, so often drive past it! Keep meaning to pop in too.... Just for a look!

Yeah that's the one? Where do you work? The business estate just after it? Well I got as far as the car park but after not even realising they were moving the used cars out I decided that if I'm ever gonna get a Porsche it will have to be a special one, they sounded pretty pants and not as aggressive or good looking as the m. So ill have to wait till the gt3 rs is cheaper...

I work down towards Port Solent in the Trafalger Wharf Estate. But I'm not there very much, usually over near Durley, Hedge End way!

Yeah I would love a GT3. I love the one Harris had!

My issue is that I want too many cars, one min I want a gt3, then I want a mustang, then a lotus, then an m3...what I really need is an oil business or something or to become captain of HMS disastrous or something. Lol one day.

So assuming inkey$ has gone car shopping today, what do we think he is actually gonna get?

Woots, you need to start your own car business; then you'll have your pick.
Back after popping into my local dealerships. 335i looks great but need to test out babyseat practicalities. Looked at some big tourings too and also a 123d. Next up will be the C class sports.

Does it come in Monaco Blue?

No but it has a great turning circle :D

Seriously, I'd recommend an Audi RS4.

Check this beauty out:

Only reason why I didn't get an RS4 when I got my Z4MC is because I went to see the Beamer first.

Do love rhe look of them but arent these silly money when it comes to servicing/parts etc?

Rs4 would be on my list as well as an all round family wagon, I can imagine it would cost more than the z4mc to run , just make sure you buy one which has all the major jobs done as per time/miles

Will be one of those cars always in demand with good residuals. Consider one a couple of times , but the reason I did not get one this time was that I have a daily hack and family car already so was only after a weekend toy with 4 seats :)

Good luck in your search

Gov I suppose the ONLY reason I would notch the rs4 ahead of the m3 is purely on a practically matter, as with getting a baby seat inside and out etc , it would be a nightmare in the m3 compared to the rs4 if this is your daily hack

I have always lusted after an RS4 they make a lovely noise :driving: & they have the added bonus of practicality thrown in as has been said, it's just personal but I certainly prefer driving a RWD than 4WD unless its snowing! :)

Anybody ever own a 330D MSport? Or any 2005-2010 diesel 3 litre.
And did the diesel part ruin the experience? Only ever owned petrol cars.

Inkey$ I had an Alipna D3BT for 120,000 miles, it never missed a beat and would pull a house down, worth a look
