Fuel..how high will it go?

I love it when people talk about the price of everything going up etc etc and then go on to talk about their savings  I wish I could afford to save :poke:

Nice to have a decent float for emergencies. But money that ain't working for you is wasted in my book.

Been saying it for a while, when the price of a barrel goes up prices rise instantly but I am pretty sure that to get that barrel to a pump takes a few months of transport and refining etc.

When the prices drop it seems very slow to reduce - profiteering one thinks

Where is the investigation into how this lot act

This has been the case for a long time, the price at the moment is similar to that of 2011/12/13 but the price never really came down since then.

When you consider that most of the oil companies have doubled or tripled their profit in the last year

Agree and yet we are all paying excess for fuel and household fuel, my company has tripled what I pay but they say it all renewable, didn't know the wind or sun charged for power :headbang:

experiencing sweaty palms when filling up?
feeling feverish thinking about the price of petrol?
getting light headed and feeling feint when seeing how much it costs at the pumps?

You've probably got the car-owner virus... :hattip:

It takes a few weeks to filter through to the pumps. Not when it goes up, though, that takes a few minutes

Oil as dropped from a high of $130 a barrel to $105 yesterday so as you say fuel should be somewhere around Petrol £1.54.
