Forum Glitches - Timing out

Ive just logged on and it seems to be all good!
If the admins have done something, Thank you

Oops - a bit premature I'm afraid.
Sometime its good then sometimes bad. :(

Folks, click on your username (Top right) then on user control panel. Scroll to the bottom and select delete cookies.

This seems to have sorted the slow loading problem for me.

Anyone know a good forum for Z4's?

This one's broken.

It does seem to be that way, and Jim is not replying to emails or PMs. This is how the previous forum disappeared as well.

Crazy that we've not had a response from any admin yet at least acknowledging the problem exists. If it continues people won't stick around too much longer and this forum will die a slow and painful death, which would be a real shame.

Was just thinking the same and considering where all that massive well of knowledge would go.
I am no IT person at all, but if it transpires the current admin have either had enough or hit on personal issues which have taken precedence then I would happily donate towards assisting someone new to take it on.

a decent host with server space and good mgmt can be upwards of £100 per month. You then need access to the database in the background and source code, as the admins may have made specific changes to the base code which has resulted in database changes. Hopefully admin is otherwise occupied temporarily and will be back to sort us out soon.
