First aid box under drivers seat

A nice easy mod....
1) Raise the seat to it's highest position.
2) Trial fit the screws in the 3 positions in the seat frame and remove again.
3) Fit the box holder to the seat frame using the screws.
4) Slide the first aid box into position from the front of the seat until it clicks in place.
5) Return the seat to your preferred position.
6) Try not to look too smug as you smile and walk away feeling like a modding king! :D

Following advice from others on the forum I lined my box with a thin foam rubber before I fitted it to stop things rattling about.

Mine does not affect the seat adjustment at all.

Ordered online from Coopers:-
Box = 52.10.7.044.958
Holder = 52.10.7.045.018
Screws = 72.12.8.235.266

About £23 inc delivery.

I purchased one of these for my Roaster and luckily remembered to remove it and install in my Coupe :)

A very usefull place for storing stuff like sat nav :thumbsup:

bit of a tight fit for the magnum though and the sawn off has to stay in the boot!

Big enough for one of these though...

Well . . . I live in Tucson, Arizona . . . given things here . . . might be a viable mod for self-protection. :tumbleweed:

Fitted a first aid box to the drivers seat and it makes a great additional storage compartment, especially when storage space is at a premium on the Z's. It's an easy two minute task-recommend it 100%
Also got round to fitting the storage net on the transmission tunnel/passengers side, at last I have somewhere to stow my ipod without it disappearing somewhere in the footwell. A few simple mods that don't cost the earth and are easy for the less hands on out there.
Question! Has anyone tried fitting the storage nets in the boot?

First aid kit under a driver seat is a good idea, because accidents happen unexpectedly and it's always good to be ready at all time.

I bought one from Leather Z including the mount and two screws. Bought the third screw and put the thing in mounting was easy by using a ratchet. Z4 Pilot
