Ok, I am on a major health kick. Basically a eight week weight loss challenge. As a part of this I will be doing exercise classes, gym etc.
I was wondering does anyone do actual classes over gym work outs? I am bit scared of classes as I might not to be at there level. Classes I have been looking at is body combat. Does anyone do this? I am not the fittest so I am little nervous
