I'm currently at 252kPa (36.5psi) front and 269kPa (39psi) rear and the tyre wear seems very even. Grip was a lot better with lower rear pressure (37psi) but seemed to wear on the outside more.
 
If you tend to do a lot of fast back road driving but not a lot of trunk road driving. The reason being the MPSS have a very sticky outside 25% but a much harder inside 75%. So you'll trade grip for even tread wear across the tyre.
