Eiback pro springs being installed (35iS + EDC)

Looks great Stuart  thought about doing mine, had them on my e86 & made a noticeable improvement. Let us know what you think if the handling is improved.

How much difference did non run flats make Stuart while the car was still stock?

I don't mind them so much on the E89 compared to the E85, they we're awful on that, but if there's significant difference then I'd change them.

In terms of harshness & vibration moving to non-RFT tyres is about the difference between sport & comfort settings.

Yes it was very nice change, much less crashy, less tramline, more compliant

How much did the fitting cost? Very tempted by these!

Hmm not sure you can get the same rates in the UK, I paid £90 which includes 2 full tracking setups and swapping spacers 3 times. The front springs are so small their compression tool couldn't go down that far so they had to compress them by hand!

That looks great but the front will be too low for my plans

How come?
Running 245/35R18 front & 265/35R18 rear tyres that’s an effective 27mm drop at the front then the splitter I’m looking to use drops the front edge of the car a further 12mm. So thats an near 40mm effective drop at the front!

Is there less body roll with these new springs?

Might see how viable a DIY is on a spring change. Would have to get a garage to do the tracking after though.

Apparently the rear is easy, spring isn't attached to the strut, takes 15min a side. It's the front that's a pain. Yes less roll. I will also put h&r sway bars once the LSD is on. Waiting for mfactory to release their metal plate 20 piece clutch system LSD in 2-3 months, think I'll go with that.

Got some track performance settings for the E89 Z4:
Front (per side)
Camber: -0.9
Castor: -5.3
Toe: +0.07

Rear (per side)
Camber: -1.85
Toe: +0.02*

*gives effective toe-out under power, for road use consider using BMW's minimum toe of +0.05. This will make the car tend to oversteer a little more under power but considerably reduce the car's tendency to wander.

This will require camber adjustment arms on all 4 corners because you cant go below -2 on standard setup and you cant change front at all, but great info thanks, this will help.

A top-hat with caster & camber adjustment up front. Camber adjustment rod at the rear.

Can you point me in the direction of the camber adjustment for front?

I found this for the rear

Found some here but it's quite expensive: http://www.ground-control-store.com/products/description.php/II=974/CA=182

Bit cheaper: https://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-3548-front-adjustable-cambercaster-plates-e36-e39-not-m5-e46-not-m3-e60-e82-not-1m-e9x-not-m3-z3-mz3-z4-kmac-stage-1-street/

Just to report I'm taking off the 10mm spacers tomorrow morning, causes rub and started to damage the rear tyres - with the springs and slightly wider wheels it's already wide enough.
