I had a look on Autotrader yesterday to see how much it would cost to buy a similar car to my 23i (spec/mileage) and the prices ranges from £11495 to £13495 and none of those had iDrive. Maybe I should show those adverts to my insurance company looking at the figure they think its worth

I checked an online car sales site and prices don't seem to have dropped since I started my search a year ago.A lot of low mileage cars here though.
I've noticed a trickle of E85s coming through from Japan but haven't seen any E89s. The reason I did a comparison is that my insurance is up for renewal and when you see what they value your car at and realise that if its written off the chances of getting a similar replacement with our inflated retail prices is minimal. Well, I bought mine from car shop and the are owned by Sytner so surprised this is not at a main dealer as despite age and mileage they are well sought after.
Mine was immaculate when I viewed and collected it from Bristol so no idea why this one does not look so good
Nothing a quick valet could not sorted and was tempted but £345 a month is just a tad to much for me right now which is gutting as my favourite colour and spec :|

Someone’s realised their mistake, a £3k increase in a few hrs
I checked this site earlier and it was £19k on there too
