But aren't you wasting your own precious time too?

Timmyboybunter said:I was offered that one back in December for £18k, albeit even with a private sale there would have been VAT to pay given it was in Guernsey at the time (which I guess would have made it £21.6k at 20%, if that's how it works).
Does look lovely but yes quite an ask!

Did you know WBAC are owned by BCA? So are Cinch, the one with all the TV adverts nowadays. British Car Auctions seem to be monopolising the UK used car market. They deal with the sale of every lease car I've had in the last 15 years.ronk said:Out of curiosity I went onto wbac for a price on my car
I know it's a 35is, but that looks externally pretty much identical to mine with 13k less miles. Mine (N20), a year older, cost £16k less than that 2 months ago.Argyll Andy said:£26k for a 14 plate a clean one but £26k...
Add another 10k.Pondrew said:I know it's a 35is, but that looks externally pretty much identical to mine with 13k less miles. Mine (N20), a year older, cost £16k less than that 2 months ago.Argyll Andy said:£26k for a 14 plate a clean one but £26k...
If BMW had put an M in front of the 35is, I could maybe understand the premium a bit more.
As it was re-registered recently, it has no MOT history. AND they've forecast it as an "investment car"; that seems to be a very common theme from dealers who are overpricing cars ATM.
What was the RRP when new of that? £35k tops surely?

So in 2014, a 35is was £45k plus options? No wonder they are quite rare!Stevo1987 said:Add another 10k.
Timmyboybunter said:That lovely blue 35i in the classifieds has the original invoice included as an attachment - just shy of £50k.
