Suggesting getting to the root cause of interior condensation is easier said than done.
My interior is bone dry after I remedied a leaking door membrane causing damp carpets as well as removing/modifying the scuttle, clearing out drain points and I still get condensation. In my case I think water is getting past the windscreen scuttle seal, sitting somewhere in the bowels of the scuttle and feeding up through the air inlets if left open. I confirmed this by turning off the air vents (closing them) before turning ignition off. This has reduced the condensation which accumulates on the inside of the windscreen, but not totally.
