CSL Reps arrived and fitted - New Pics!!

Wmy are people worried about kerb propection...Keep away from the kerb is an obvious solution?!

I like them, just slightly too wide and the tyres slightly under sized but the end result is great.

It's for the times when you accidently wander too close, e.g. when parking in a narrow street, when moving out of the way of some idiot coming at you on the wrong side of a narrow road, etc.

I will be popping down to a local company -Comp Sport who really prepare rallye cars and F1 powerboats. The did a custom exhaust on my old R1 Westfield and were spot on. He needs to see if he can get them on the machine to do it so fingers crossed i may be able to take them in a little so it can be lowered slightly

^^^Sounds like a good solution to me (but then, I think they stick out too far at the back so that's what I'd do...)

Just re-sell the rear rims to someone with an Z4M/E46 M3/E92 and buy new ones. If it's something that money can easily solve, don't make the matters more complicated. You could trim the wheel centers/wheel hubs 2~3mm here and there and it's probably not gonna make enough visual difference or bring the wheels inward as much as you prefer. At the same time you would weaken the intergrity of the parts no matter what and risk having things go wrong. You certainly wouldn't want to deal with wheel vibrations or broken/shattered wheels, etc.

This is true, but the wheel with a different off set for the rear aren't quite as dished and i really like the dish on the proper reps. I'll see wot this guy says today, if it's not easily done or could cause problems i won't bother. Thanks for the advice tho.

I don't get why people making rep CSL's are making them in the offsets for M cars, when most M car owners will have already bought originals anyway.

Why are they not making proper dished/staggered CSL's for non-M cars?

Seems like an un-filled market, dumbasses.

coupe-sport - cooler than a penguins pecker

They don't look like they stick out at the rear. Are they a different size/offset to the ones that zzz4 had fitted?

They are Falken tyres...

So what tyre size are they running?

Look very nice, probably the kinda thing I'd be interested in getting if I decide my 108's and 107's are not for me :)

More pics needed :P

Cheers
