After an earlier post my CSL replica wheels have arrived. They were Front - 8.5 x 19 ET44 and Rear - 9.5 x 19 ET27 Setup, i think this is very close to OEM CSL's. A few people had suggested they won't fit properly, i have put them on tonight and agree they mite be slightly too wide at the rear, but i like the look personally and there is no scrubbing and i will be keeping them on.

The pics show a few different angles. Only had my phone available so not best quality and only one pic of the car clean  . Opinions welcome....

Tidy garage!

How can they not rub when theyre that wide!? Glad they fit but watch out for suspension travel and the like! :)

Thanks

lol, ino need to tidy up :D

They don't rub, been out for a thrash and even hard cornering is fine. Seems to have enough of a gap above the tyre to the arch. Was considering lowering 30mm before they arrived. May not bother now as can see it just giving me problems.

How does the Z4M differ to the regular Z4 on the fitment?

///M has shorter rear axle so larger offset, hence ///M wheels will stick out further on non ///M cars

CSL do suit it though.

rims look great, but the car looks like it is sitting higher than normal. car would look much better if you dropped it a bit (IMO) ... but yah, the rims with your car are sharp!!

Don't mean to be the 1st one to be poo-pooin' on your thread... but something about the rear wheels just doesn't sit right. A little too wide IMHO. And the 19" wheels will leave a wheel gap that begs for a height adjustment (i.e. lower the car). Would you have considered a less aggressive offset + your proposed 30mm drop?

Regardless, your setup works for you so

Sorry, but although they are nice rims, It all looks contrived and it's just not 'right'.
The rear track is too wide the tyres stretched over the rims and on stock height too.

Had you gone for a lowered ride or wider tyres, appropriate to the rim width, then of course it would rub, so somewhat compromised set up to make it fit

As Rick says' though if you're happy then it's good

Looks good. I think this may be my next mod. I've always liked the CSL's. Have you the sports suspension?

I may go for the next size down on width on the rear though to be honest.

Nice wheels! But as a few folk have said, IMO they look a bit too far out at the rear (plus a bit too much of an arch gap if I'm being fussy). Stunning looking wheels though, certainly the best looking reps I've seen - think it's the dish on the rears especially that reps don't usually have.

But if it's what you like then all good!

It's a shame 18" CSL reps never look as good as 19"s otherwise I'd consider something like that - I just couldn't live with 19" wheels on the roads around here. Actually that's probably a good thing, saves me money LOL.
