Converted to a coupe

Redzedfour

Driving past my local BMW dealer(Coopers Durham) the GF spotted this on the forecourt so popped in there it was a Montego blue coupe, 07 3.0si with 43k on the clock with Pearl Grey Oregon Leather and Piano Black Dash, comfort pack, bluetooth phone prep
So i'm test driving it tomorrow,it is an auto with paddle shifters, used to a manual so am i going to be disapointed or have you got the best of both worlds Auto and Manual.
I was going to put a link up the to dealer but he has now taken it off so here are couple of pics taken from my BB.

Any advice would be greatful

P.s if the deal goes ahead they could be a few bits up for sale Cruise control, maybe H/top unless has to goe back with the car, matt black grilles.

Looking round the car it has Goodyear Eagle F1's are they R/flats if so are they better than the B/stones?

Cheers Taz x ,never driven an auto with paddle shifters so hope i get the best of both worlds. To be honest the deal is almost done bar the test drive

Red u will miss the open top motoring on the next z run or nice day!!! Dont defect!!! ( nice coupe tho :D )
If u want a coup then it looks great just can't see why u wud over the roadster!

Great colours combo But the coupe has no xenon headlights.

This black one in London has xenon and sat nav.

Looks like a nice coupe.

I drive an auto with paddles and love the idea. Reality is that 99% of the time you just use the auto with option of the sport on or off covering all normal driving needs from town crawling to fast overtaking.

Paddles make a nice change when you just feel like pretending you're cleverer than the box :)

Make sure you try it out on the test drive to feel sport on and off and paddles as each are very different.

to add to cj10jeeper, also turn off dtc and open it up, dealer will have heart attack lol

paddy, i know you like the coupe too :)

I do like the coupe to Tazx- just no where near as much as the roadster! Both great crs and horses for courses!

we agree on something then lol

as much as i dig about the roadster i do think it looks good with the top down, i don't think any roadsters look good with the roofs up, but it would be oh so boring if we all like the same thing

Are you trading there or selling privately Redzedfour? Nice looking coupe btw.

Just handing the Roadster back to BMW finance and it's just costing us £37,so starting a fresh with the coupe.

So regarding the hardtop does that need to go back with the car or can i keep it and sell it on.
Other bits that maybe up for sale are:
5 speed ZHP
Matt black grilles(so need standard grilles black & silver)
Cruise control switch and cowl (so need replacement cowl without cut-out)
Chrome tips(which are only a few month's old)

if interested in any of the parts PM me and see if we can work out a deal

Def look nice an nice car; and i do have a soft spot for blue.

I didnt think you could get Eagle F1's as RFT's. Bit cheeky of BMW to sell that without RFT's; maybe point that out for a free mobility kit?

Only thing which would put me off on that car would be the no xenons; which imo bmw really should have made standard on the 3.0.
