Coil packs

Hi everyone, following on from my stuttering issue thread, someone suggested coil packs.
I think this will be my next step, but which brand?
Eurocarparts has 3 listings, ERA, Bosch or Delphi with quite a difference in price.
Are Delphi going to be better/worth the money?

Just looked at Carparts4less the web only side of Eurocarparts for Ignition Coil packs for my 2.5, came back with same brands as you mentioned, personally I would go for the Bosch coils which are middle price range out of the three brands. Bosch have a good reputation and were oem fitted parts. I always compare prices between Europarts and 4less, the latter always come out cheaper especially when you use their current discount code that appears on their front page. Delivery is usually very fast as well.

I bought 6 of these yesterday using WISHLIST99, and spent £108 or so. For whatever reason they do not come up when I search ECP using my reg number, but I found them through Google. I have a 2.5i N52 at home and my 3.0si N52, both had Bosch coils, which is why I went for them.

BMW stopped using Bosch and replaced them with Delphi part number 12138616153 which are more reliable. You may need to change the connections https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Genuine-...e=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649as BMW changed them to accommodate both. They have a location peg which is in a different position on the Bosch vs Delphi.

I got all 6 from Autodoc for £142 delivered but did take two weeks to arrive
