well having experience in this sort of thing ...............
1) You need a brief. I found out at the last minute that my case was being heard in the Criminal court ........ pretty much mandatory to get representation
2) Most 100 mph cases are accompanied by a due care and attention or dangerous driving charge ...... if like mine, yours is not, then this is the play to make.
3) I was a 100% honest, saying that I had checked the road for traffic and condition (backed up by the no due care and attention thing) and put my foot down just to hear the sound of the engine.
4) when you hear some of the shite that people spout at court hearings as excuses ....... and realize they have to listen to this shite all the time ........ treat them as intelligent people, it pays.
5) Needing your licence for work cuts no ice - but making it known that you drive thousands of miles a year puts the offence in perspective .....
6) if its England ...... and you have a clean licence, and use your head ........ it will be points and a fine, it all escalates quickly if you have points or a bad attitude or a fake smile or ........ you are in Scotland
7) I think being young will work in your favour ......... young dumb and full of cum etc (but only if you can convinve them you are a nice chappie) ....... older experienced drivers should know better
