Oh my god - the NHS are now touting for business. Things much be bad
he never said it would be on the NHS - he's an orthopaedic surgeon remember... :poke:

Good point, though it's not unreasonable to assume that at least some orthopaedic surgeons do occassionally feel the faint drag of the public service ethos on a slow day :| And now I am under the impression that war is simply the exploitation of an evil virtuous circle borne out of a collusion between the tactical missile manufacturing industry and a secret society of orthopaedic surgeons who are plotting the continued maiming and survival of mankind for their own personal gain. And I was just getting to like BMWZ4MC :(

Keep up that kind of talk and I won't fix your war wounds when the weapons manufacturers inevitably take over the world! :D

Another NHS person here!!

Im a Medical Physicist (Medical Imaging / Radiotherapy / Nuclear Medicine). Basically calculate radiation dosages and develop Radiotherapy treatment plans (where to fire / concentrate the x / gamma rays from the linacs) for cancer treatment. Started life as a Software Engineer in the medical device industry writing imaging software for CT/SPECT/PET Scanners.

Hey, looks like we could build a private healthcare clinic here! Hmmm

I like my job ..... :D (but I still want to win the lottery) ......

Due to the acute skills shortage 457 (skilled migration) visas are now more readily available again.

I'm happy to offer any advice I can to anyone that may be contemplating the move to Oz.

We can deliver 10Gbps(or more) anywhere in the uk, but you might need to put in a few extra hours of work each week;)

Pm me your postcode if anyone genuinely wants an accurate price.

Urban areas:
10Gbps - circa 15k pm
1Gbps - circa 2k pm
100Mbps - circa 1k pm
10mbps - circa 500 pm

Education and knowledge online - makes perfect sense to me, in terms of being able to deliver rich media educational solutions. Not a stupid idea at all...
