Finally joined the Alfa ownership ranks after 28 yrs motoring .
As linked in earlier post i took it for a testdrive & wasn,t disappointed , actually surprised with the build quality & cabin feel ,s exceptionally nice .
Definitely a garage queen in the making & hopefully see it over the channel at some point this year

Deposit down & collect tomorrow

Congratulations  I did wonder if you had got it as I checked the link and that motor had gone, I would love to own an Alfa one day too, enjoy it :D

Nice looking car on the outside. Not quite so sure about the inside.
Is this a keeper then?

Its a keeper as in i have no intention of selling it  at least not this year :D
I did mention the trim colour in another post & this sounds cliched but it look,s much better in the real with the orange part looking more tan & the car really suits it .
I appreciate the marmiteness of it but i went with open mind & loved everything about it :) some nice touches like full panoramic sunroof plus the mirrors fold away with the remote locking which ive never understood why the german brands have never done ? Always pisses me off having to put the key back in our A6 to do it if i forget before switching it off :headbang:
Did think about the 3.2 but i,m just not into £500 a yr roadfund on a 3rd car we don,t really need 8) the diffrence is 2 return ferry tickets :D

Congratulations Andy

I see the alloys look good, so don't think you will be changing them soon ...... or do you have something in mind

Enjoy it mate  :driving:

Hhhmm , some grazing here & there so a full refresh at some point i would think
Alloys are a V6 upgrade on 18,s & very "Alfa" so no intention of changing them with 4 almost new tyres as well

I give it a month before one of them changes

Nice - Love the exterior colour, and i adore anything with more headlights than wheels :D
If it really does look 'more tan than orange' then  on the interior too

May have to meet up and see it in real life. Guiseley has a soft spot for a Brera. Need to see Taz too - it's been ages :(

Ah sorry, I thought it was a 159 from the other post you made about the interior!

Congrats on the purchase! Lovely car and like the colours as I said.

I test drove one a while ago and was really underwhelmed, I then drove an audi straight after and the audi was loads better. However after not wanting another bmw I opted for an M3 lol.

Like the looks of the Brera, sure it will turn a few heads! :driving:

Good luck with ownership, if it's anything like my Giullieta then you might need it!

My mirrors fold away on my 330i when I lock it but it is the only bmw I have owned that has done that though for some reason.
