Bad_Pritt's Black Pearl II - Z4QP 3.0si

I'm wondering what interior options I don't have, lol. I'm thinking of the M-pedals and the M leather parts on the dashboard, but other than that....?

What are the last 7 digits of your vin?
Then you can check what you have and havent (from factory, obviously not what has been fitted after that by the previous owner)

Did you ever solve the legal issues with the seller of that boxster?

Saw the first post, been a long time since you first had a roadster! Welcome back I guess?

Looking forward to what you do with the coup!

I'll let you know when I have the car, would be great to have a view on this. On the other hand, I have almost a full history of the car (all inspections, invoices, repairs etc... So I guess it should be in there as well.

No the issues with the Boxster are still ongoing unfortunately... Will probably take a few years I'm afraid. But now I have a toy to forget about all of that :D

I've had my second Z4 from 2012 to 8/2015, so it hasn't really been that long I guess :P

For the moment I'm not really planning on doing much on the QP, but that mod-virus is surely still lurking somewhere ... :fuelfire:
But the first mod will be done quickly: a stubby!

I guess it hasn't been too long when you put it like that. I was thinking more from your original post to now... Don't publicly advertise you're putting a stubby on!

I have the vin number now. How do I check the factory options?

I got mine from BMW. Went to dealer and they printed off for me (FOC) , I imagine there is a way to do it online...
They also supplied me with all service history taken place at BMW (irrespective of the specific dealership). :)

A question for the experts: how can I change the language from German to English (or Dutch)? Do I have to vist a stealer?

I'll be picking up the car on Thursday by train. It will be a long an dull trip followed by a fun drive along the German Autobahn :driving:

That's just up the road from our head office in Bretten. Quite a nice part of the world if you like that sort of thing (and not bright lights and action.....)

Enjoy the trip.

I'm not a city lover at all, so indeed a nice place to visit and drive. We had a nice walk last week in Pforzheim, just outside the city centre at the "golden gate" and had dinner there as well. Can't remember the name of the restaurant though. Great place for a test drive too!

I have here a (dutch) 2008 price list.
In there are all the options that could have been ordered back in the day, so you can compare that with your option list:
https://audio.home.xs4all.nl/zooi/z4/div/BMWZ4_4-2008.pdf
A lot of the codes above (like foglights or 'control unit COP' arent really options but standard equipment for the 3.0si, but you'll figure it out.

The options you dont have (from what I can see) are electric seats, extended leather (either in walknappa (code LT) or in New england (code LB)), foldable mirrors (thats usually very rare) and maybe the TV module. In the roadster its listed as an option, but I cant figure out if it was standard fitted in the coupe, of even fitted at all in the coupe. But I think that tv module doenst accept decoder cards so its pretty useless (the facelift models did already have a digital dvt module, the pre-facelift ones had an analog module, but that isnt even transmitted anymore)

That 's great stuff and already in Dutch too!

I'll do a shoot soon, but first want to focus on getting it through Customs and MOT so that I can request Belgian license plates and insurance :-)

A few more pics as requested and as she had her first spongebath as well :-)
Don't mind the M-badge, that will be removed very soon :-)
