AUC Z4Ms now dipping below £20k

Absolutely! It's no M car obviously, but in gear acceleration is addictive with 510Nm torque :D

My car wasn't making the quoted BMW figures on the original Dyno run, but the actual gains post remap were +50bhp across most of the power band and between 50-100 lb/ft torque as you can see from the chart below:

Pretty much the same figures as a 330D now, but in a smaller lighter car with better MPG.

Thats really impressive mate. Going to give it a few months a have a look next march. I'm after a 123D M sport in white. :)

Paul, is it gone?

I'd be very keen - your colour combo is my perfect match...

Yes Fella. Its gone. :(

Wish I saw your post sooner could have done a pretty good deal.

Bugger...OK am I right in thinking it went to a dealer? If so could you pass me the details and I'll give the guy a bell?

Cheers, and it is a pity!

And the outcome of that conversation, did it start with F and end with off?

i only applied on the web out of intrest!!i'm not selling my car, just being nosey

When I sold mine in October, glasses (the only one that seems worth bothering with for px) valued mine (2006/56 - 27k) at £20,750 and BMW gave me £21k.

Glasses also valued the 123d I was buying at £22250 (without the 6k of extras it has) and I paid £22,800 so I didn't think it was a bad deal all in all...

I've been told demand for the Z4Ms (and used cars generally due to low levels of supply) is high...and a Z4MC is dropping just £175 per month in Glasses at the moment. Which is pretty good considering. Glasses and CAP are the only ones that are relevant, Parkers etc basically run random number generators. At the moment dealers seem happy to pay top Glasses values (it always used to be the smallest figure in the guide next to your car they can get away with) so demand must be good...

were are you guys getting these valuations?

you can get a free Glasses px valuation on the Vauxhall site - can't remember where exactly but just have a look through the top menu bar......

ah right so these aren't actual bids, just internet guides... sorry to break it to you lads but the internet figures are BS unfortunately, i've had 2 trade bids for mine (which books with glasses for p/x at £23,800 based on age mileage and spec) the 2 bids i've had.... £20k from both, one of them being sytners :(

i'm not sure i can stomach £12k depreciation in 14 months! so i'm now thinking i'm going to be keeping it, CSL's and a hayward and scott exhaust might be on the cards ;)

Well as I said above, I actually sold mine for £21k in October to Sytners, so maybe prices/demand has dropped over the last couple of months - this tends to happen over the winter months generally. Maybe better to look at figures again in the spring?

i bought mine 32k 6 months old, 2500 miles

best bid at 2 years old and 23500 miles - £20k

after the discussion i had with the sytner buyer, you'd be lucky to get £14k for a 3.5year old 40,000 roadster... he was saying they won't touch roadsters at the mo as they can't shift them!

its frankly unbelievable!

i wudnt sell it in winter anyway, but i cudnt care less about the residual when it was so cheap to start with, considering mine was a launch car.

as you said correctly tho, guide prices are all very well, but until you see that suitcase full of cash it means diddly squat.

I was offered £22k last month by Berry Chiswick...31k on mine, Oct 56 car. Not really interested in changing right now tho

Webuyanycar aren't splashing the cash at the moment apparently. I was offered £22,495 for my Z4M in June, today they are offering £17,055. Now that's depreciation

About the cheapest I've seen, sub 17k in black.

No mileage stated, though
