Anyone else worried about Lewis?

And still pulling the race card during his visit to NZ where he didn't like his treatment in the casino. That chip won't go away despite that he has fans and money.

Casino's the best place to have a chip :)

No surprise there, at 31 the spoilt mardy child still has'nt grown up so it's to be expected behaviour.

Wonder if Toto has the balls to bollock him.

I don't watch F1 so disregard this comment if you choose so and carry on, but:

What was the point of this thread? Seems rather hypocritical to be honest... I mean Kim Kardashian for instance: we get upset because people talk about her buying a new dog or her doing this or that or any other celebrity's personal life actually... we get upset for having to listen to what they do outside of what they are famous for. Sounds like this to me:

"I'm tired of hearing about what ____ did. I don't care."
*moments later*
"Lol Lewis dresses like this outside of his racing suit. Is he gay?"

Why does it matter what they do/dress like outside of what they are famous for? I think everyone agrees this guy is great at what he does. Why do the comments about how he is as a person have to go past what he does off the track?
It's one thing to comment on how he is as a person for driving like a poor sportsman or not taking an interview seriously and so on, but it's another thing to worry about his sexuality and how he HAPPILY lives his life off the track. Unless he's too distracted to race because he's looking at a cute guy in the crowd or his jewelry is falling onto the track, what does it matter?
SORRY FOR THE RANT/RAMBLE. Continue your gossip time :poke:

Actually it does matter.

When you're that famous, especially sports people, you're a role model to an entire generation, like it or not. Therefore you have a certain moral responsibility to not act like complete dick in public. In private, who cares? Not me.

Yeah, not sure why the OP brought his sexuality into. Couldn't care less either mate.

Just my 2c. Carry on :)

I have always thought he is like a little boy with too much money and no sense.
Spends it all on things to try and make him look cool but fails miserably.
Maybe I am just jealous though :(
Thought I would just quote myself from last year as my opinion hasnt changed :driving:

I'm pretty sure if I had as much money and driving talent as hammie I would be doing far far far more stupid things than Nicole scherz and flying my dogs around in my private jet while wearing 5 carat earings (I'd have clip-ons personally)

He is what he is and will never appeal or have backing of to everyone, but I hope he knocks title #4 out the park this year... And then join Ferrari shortly after...

Well I guess on sunday we will know if he's still focused on the job or his head is elsewhere!

This thread finally makes sense

So annoyed! Both at fault in my opinion.

Nico should've left a cars width on the track.
Lewis should've held back and waited for a better spot to overtake.

You're team mates ffs!!!!! Infront of the big boss aswell.

Hamiltons fault totally..

Tried to push where there no opportunity or space... Then took his team mate off.

Div..

The rules are you have to leave a cars width on the track. Nico clearly didn't. Who's the div now?

I don't think you have to leave a full car's width if you make a single direction change on a straight, but you do have to leave a path clear if there is any kind of overlap, which there was in this case.

I think the rulebook might go in HAM's favour (overlapping front wing/rear wheel at the point at which he left the circuit and a big closing speed) but agree, both idiots!

Race is now much more entertaining for it. :)

I'm sure it's a cars width so as to not push someone off the track, which is what happened.

I do think Lewis was way too aggressive against his team mate though, so I see it as 50:50

Cheering Max all the way now, though I do like Ricciardo, seems a nice guy.

That's if you move once and then have to move back onto your racing line.

You can use the full width of the track for a single move block, otherwise you would never be able to defend against someone going slightly faster, given a long enough straight, and you'd see a lot of DRS-style overtakes from weaker cars running low downforce setups.

You only have to leave a width if the car is at the side of you.....Effectively you cant push a car off,and thats fair enough..

As the leader Rosberg can use all the racetrack.. Hamiltons wheel contacted Rosbergs rear wheel..

Rosberg was closing the door, but on the incar footage it would be hard for any of them to react to each other car position..

IMHO Hamilton got sand in his fanny because he got driven around on the first corner..

I think ultimately it is this which f*cked it! Toto Wolff just said in the Ch4 interview that the mood in the treehouse was blameless. BS!

And this, lol. Although, to his credit, he has used fanny sand rage quite effectively and fairly in the past. :P
